Toronto Arts Foundation’s award nominations are officially open!

These awards are presented to artists, cultural leaders, and businesses in recognition of artistic excellence, cultural leadership, and contribution to the arts at the Mayor’s Arts Lunch each spring.

This year, we’re accepting nominations from the public for the following:

• Arts for Youth  Award
• Breakthrough Artist    
• Breakthrough Jazz Artist Award    
• Celebration of Cultural Life  Award
• Che Kothari Artist & Instigator Award   
• Community Arts Award (individuals)
• Murriel Sherrin Award (music)
• Newcomer Artist Award   

The awards are annually presented at the Mayor’s Arts Lunch in the spring.
