Join Meryem Alaoui for a joyful outdoor movement and dance workshop designed for everyone, including older adults! Set to the sounds of golden-era classics and vibrant World Music, including energizing Arabic and North African rhythms, this workshop is all about feeling good, getting moving, and having fun in the summer sun.

Whether you prefer to dance on your feet or from a chair, this workshop welcomes all levels of mobility and experience. You’ll leave feeling loosened up, uplifted, and totally refreshed.
