Story as Medicine by Sharrae Lyon, also known as Auset Rose, invites you to playfully attune to your inner authority and body’s wisdom. This workshop offers:

• A fun and supportive space to explore solo, pair, and ensemble improvisational movement creations.
• A chance to engage in somatic awareness between exercises.
• An inspiring, and creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. The methods used are informed by InterPlay, a storytelling and improvisational practice that is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body.

No previous experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and energy.

This free workshop is open to all ages and abilities.
