Transform your small donation into a building block for the community!
The Toronto Arts Foundation Summer Giving Program is a great way for the Foundation's friends to show support for one of its most important initiatives: the Neighbourhood Arts Network (NAN). NAN is the premiere online platform for community engaged arts organizations and artists, all working to revitalize the city of Toronto through the arts, one creative block at a time. NAN is in the midst of exciting growth, ramping up its year-round professional development event series for members, developing its Engaging Diverse Communities Project, as well as preparing for its all-encompassing Symposium, taking place in February 2012 at the Harbourfront Centre!
This is where you come in!
We'd love for you to support the Neighbourhood Arts Network and celebrate these wonderful achievements by giving to the Neighbourhood Arts Network Community Campaign. We've set a modest goal of $5,000, designed to kick-start the campaign and help us build momentum as it becomes an important part of the Toronto Arts Foundation giving portfolio. Start with a small $20 donation... and then tap your friends on the shoulder to match it. In short: support the Neighbourhood Arts Network with your own network, and we'll thank your network on both the NAN and the Toronto Arts Foundation websites, as well as through the Foundation's donor newsletter.
And if your friends want to break out and create their own networks, well, that's even better. We'll thank every individual, as well as every network they create for supporting this great initiative.* And we'll always keep you in the loop as we get closer to meeting our target.
It's the spirit of community giving that drives us. And we'd love the support of yours.
So forward this call to your friends and start building your network today!
